FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASS
Metabolic conditioning will develop all areas of your ability to get you fitter, faster and stronger.
Barbell work, gymnastics and cardio are scalable up or down depending on your ability.
KIDS CLASSES
Our FUNctional fitness classes for ages 6-12 will teach and develop their core, balance, strength and cardiovascular capacity.
A fun group class, they will meet new friends and learn new skills while supplementing any other sports they might play.
