Support when you need it most
When people undergo or complete treatment for cancer they're often left to return to "life as usual", but for them, that no longer exists.
We provide a support system and structure for those post-cancer to take control of their own lives and adapt physically and mentally to take on the world around them.

Supporting the emotional, financial and practical needs of those impacted by cancer.
DEVELOPED WITH EXPERTS
Our specialist network spans physicians, social workers and nutritionists for a 360-degree approach. We work closely with CLIC Sargent social worker, Simon Darby, physician Dr Colin Robertson, and Nutritionalist Luke Hall.
A community that offers specialists and peer support through a shared experience of cancer.
PROVEN TO CHANGE LIVES
The Move Forward program is based on research from CLIC Sargent’s Move Forward initiative - a study examining the impact of a 10-week functional fitness program on the fitness and quality of life with teenage and young adult cancer survivors.
The study found that the experimental group saw an overwhelming improvement in physical, emotional, cognitive, and social functioning, as well as a reduction in fatigue, appetite loss, and financial difficulties.

FREE CLASSES FOR MENTAL HEALTH REFERRALS
Communication and connection are important — now more than ever.
Taking care of our bodies is key to being well. When we don’t treat our physical health as a priority, it can affect all areas of our lives. Encouraging or helping someone to take better care of themselves can steer them towards improved wellbeing.
We're working closely with Movember, and men and women from the military and emergency services to offer free classes, affordable memberships and support.
Check out Movember Conversations and the ALEC guide to help you navigate a conversation with someone who might be struggling in tough times.
