Whether you're just starting in a particular skill or looking to push your existing technique, these classes will allow you to focus on mastering the movement and progressing towards your goal.

 

HOW DOES A SPECIALIST CLASS RUN?

A 1-hour class will take you through:

WARM UP

Prime specific muscle groups for the work you're about to do

SKILLS

Learn how to safely perform specific movements and practise your technique

WORKOUT

Put the movements into practice and see how they feel in a workout

COOL DOWN

Stretch and slowly transition your body from working hard to resting

GYMNASTICS

Foundation. Positioning. Competence

Gymnastic skills don't just appear, they take work! Whether you're working towards a handstand or multiple muscle ups in a row, programming will help you towards your goal. Spend focused time each week improving your bodyweight strength and foundational gymnastics - better gymnastics will mean better weightlifting and better performance.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Movement. Skill. Strength

Focusing on both strength and technique, you'll become more efficient which leads to PRs! Programming will cycle through Olympic Lifts in turn so you have time to progress in each lift.

CONDITIONING

Energy System Development

Improve your conditioning with training designed to build your aerobic capacity and improve your ability to sprint through high-intensity workouts.

Workouts will focus on running, rowing, skiing and cycling, as well as making use of simple equipment like sandbags.

COMPETITION

Competition Training Group

We have coaches and members that are active competitors. Join this uncoached training group and learn how to break down competition workouts, try workouts from past competitions, and train with likeminded athletes. We love competing and supporting at comps around the world, get involved!
