We believe that fitness should be for EVERYBODY, regardless of background, experience or goals. We want to deliver PREMIUM training and equipment at a price that is AFFORDABLE.
We are a proud host gym if the Battle Cancer program which is a free 12-week program specifically tailored for people looking to regain strength and fitness post-cancer. In addition we offer x5 free classes for mental health referrals.

Been a member since January 2024. What an absolutely amazing bunch of people. Honestly changed my entire life when it comes to community, fitness and friendship. Doing things I never thought I would have done. Met amazing people and made some brilliant friends. Would definitely recommend.
