Come in to meet the team and see our space. You can choose between a free class or a free 1 to 1.

Sample any of our classes before signing up for a membership. Classes are suitable for all abilities as movements can be scaled but we recommend our Move Forward class for beginners and Functional Fitness classes for those that have trained before.
Class trials are 1-hour and are available across our normal class timetable.
FREE 1 TO 1
Brand new to functional fitness? You might feel more confident coming in to meet us 1 on 1. Our coach will show you the facility, you can try out our kit, and learn some of the basic movements that make up our classes.
1 to 1s are 30 minutes and are available:
Tuesday & Thursday: 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Saturday: 11:30am, 12pm
Sunday: 12pm, 12:30pm
