An introduction to CrossFit for teens 13-17. Focusing on establishing technique, our strength and conditioning programming will cover Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio capacity.
Scalable for all abilities, our classes offer teens a fun, judgement-free environment to work out with their peers.
We require a parent or guardian to sign their teen into their first class.
Our FUNctional fitness classes for ages 6-12 will teach and develop coordination, balance, strength and fitness.
A fun group class, they will meet new friends and learn new skills while supplementing any other sports they might play.
