Based on functional movements, CrossFit classes incorporate the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. Our programming eliminates routine and challenges members each and every session to strive to be the best they can be. It’s designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect for anyone who is looking to become leaner, stronger, faster, and fitter regardless of experience.

HOW DOES A CROSSFIT CLASS RUN?

A 1-hour class will take you through:

WARM UP

Prime specific muscle groups for the work you're about to do

SKILLS

Learn how to safely perform specific movements and practise your technique

WORKOUT

Raise your heart rate and put the movements into practice

COOL DOWN

Stretch and slowly transition your body from working hard to resting

BUILD FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

CrossFit incorporates movements that mimic everyday actions, using multiple muscles groups at the same time. This builds strength, stability and mobility across the body, making us more efficient human beings not only inside the gym but outside as well.

DEVELOP SKILLS

CrossFit training offers continuous skill development to learn and master. But they don't just happen! Programming will focus on a particular movement for a number of weeks to build strength and ability. From Olympic lifting and gymnastics to cardio capacity, workouts are scalable so all abilities improve.

JOIN A COMMUNITY
