Using Quoox to Manage Our Gym

A new gym launching in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic has been no easy feat!

Despite the recurring lockdowns, tightened restrictions and uncertain landscape, we truly believe that fitness is the key to a better life both physically and mentally.

When opening Move Forward Gym back in October 2020, we needed a gym management software that would simplify processes for both our team and our members. We looked to Quoox to help us seamlessly plan coach rotas, timetable classes, book sessions, and take payments all rolled into one.

From nurturing leads to managing members' ongoing memberships, Quoox is a comprehensive customer management system that makes running Move Forward Gym simpler in such a volatile time for independent gyms.

As a facility that offers tailored classes for those post-cancer treatment, a Quoox feature we've found to be invaluable is the medical tab within each member's profile. During the onboarding process, this feature allows us to quickly and methodically specify conditions and injuries while taking notes on severity, treatment and medications.

Not only is it perfect for people on our Battle Cancer Program, but it's also great for everyday members who can log injuries, sprains and pulls that then automatically notify their coach in their next session.

There's so much more that Quoox has to offer. Working closely with Quoox account manager, Ollie, makes it easy to build on our use of the software's features as we grow. While Quoox has been great helping us to deliver classes and PTs via Zoom during lockdown, we're super excited for our doors to open again and run with Quoox's exciting features.
